Join 10 gay, bi and queer men for 4 days of connection, self-growth, and exploration with embodied movement and healing in Southern Spain in a beautiful retreat centre with swimming pool and lush countryside views.
This retreat is for you if:

You are looking to integrate your sexuality and wellbeing and open up to a deepening awareness of who you are
You want to explore deeply yourself and how you relate to people
You are single and struggling with the dating scene
You have come out of a toxic relationship and need recharging to start again with the right foot
You want more intimacy with like-minded, warm-hearted gay and bi men and to experience the joy, connection and healing that arises in community
You are working on healing from negative experiences regarding your sexuality and/or you are interested in better sex, with yourself and with others

The program will be relaxed and spacious and also rich and healing. We will explore:

Any past and current trauma or tension and learn some exercises which will help you to self-regulate and co-regulate
Psycho-education about sex, sexuality, and intimacy for LGBTQ people
Your attachment style and how it supports or hinders your relationships
Your goals and help you gain clarity as to what will support your delopment journey and what might hold you back

The retreat includes:

4 nights accomodation in double or single rooms
Wonderful and healthy daily breakfast, lunch and dinner - home made food with vegan option available
Transport to and from airports if needed
1 massage sessions at the beginning or at the end of the retreat
2 one to one sessions with one of our therapists

The retreat does not include flights to Gibraltar or Malaga airports
